We collect the shop details we need to review an account and to fulfil an order request.
What we collect
The application asks for your name, shop name, email, phone, website or social link, business type, country, province or state, an optional tax or resale number, how you heard about us, a message, and a password. The password is stored as a hash. We do not store card numbers on this site.
An order request stores the pieces, the quantities, the prices at that moment, your PO number and notes, and the shipping address you enter.
How we use it
We use those details to approve or reject the account, to email you about the application and the order, and to pack and invoice the request. Transactional email goes through one mail helper. We do not add advertising or analytics scripts on this site.
Deletion
Email info@mysticgleam.com if you want the shop account and its application deleted. We keep an order record when we still need it for an invoice or a shipment that is underway.
